I saw this glove today I think it might be a reproduction glove. I have never heard of Phoenix sports mfg before but if this is an ultra rare glove I am going back tomorrow

Looks like a repro to me - I think that company makes repro bats as well.

The have an antique line of bat, balls and gloves for old time teams that like to play the under 1870 to 1900 rule

The Phoenix Bat Company is just a few miles from my house. While I would agree that this glove is most likely reproduction, I have never known them to sell reproduction gloves, nor have I ever heard them refered to as Phoenix Sports Manufacturing.

Still a cool looking glove and if it was cheap I'd probably pick it up just to play catch with it.

Maybe you could drop PBC a line and see if it's one of theirs.

I emailed phoenix bats and they dont make gloves. I'll keep searching .

went by the store agian and the glove was still there this time I found a tag that said made in Mexico.. it looked fairly modern ..so i will assume it is a repo glove
