Now I've come across this Zett glove, a brand I have experience with and liked. http://www.baseballexp.com/catalog/prod ... 20Products

i think that you're gonna find that as collectors and end-users that our taste in glove are as varied as our menbers. (forum that is) personally i would go with a heart of the hide as im sure a vast majority of the forum would, which just goes to prove my point. the bottom line is you are going to be the one using it you are going to pay for it and ultimately you are going to be the one that has to live with your decision. at the risk of sounding like a glove snob i personally have no opinion on which a1000 i think is closest to the one that you currently have because quite honestly i wouldn't buy an a1000. i maintain that ebay would be the way to go for any glove used or new simply because of the deals to be had.

go with an A2. it is a real investment considering how many more years you will get out of it compared to an A1000

My cousin was up from Georgia a few weeks ago. His 8th grade travelling baseball team got a reebok sponsorship so he got one of the reebok gloves for free. I was actually pretty impressed with the feel of the reebok glove although he had it broken in all wrong.

$75 is a pretty good deal for that glove.
