Postby vintagebrett » April 15th, 2008, 8:27 pm

The forum has reached it's second birthday - let's hope it's not the terrible twos! :)

Thanks for all the people who contribute in all manners. Last year, on the first birthday, we had 125 registered users - now we are over 400!! Keep the information, pictures and finds coming guys!

Postby Cowboy7130 » April 15th, 2008, 8:50 pm

What ... no birthday cake??

This is the best site on the web, the first site I check each morning, the only site I check each day as I have a few minutes to spare, and the last site I check each night. Love the information, love the gloves, love the pics and the stories. Thanks, Brett, and thanks to all you forum members out there for making this such a nice place to hang around! 8)
Yes, I still have my first glove.

Brett

You're to be congratulated! I'm new to this collecting "thing" but have found the forum and its member to be a great source of information (and gloves).

My wife, on the other hand, considers me deeply troubled (and we're not talking just about baseball gloves) and all of you to be enablers.

Thanks again!

Ha! :D

That is exactly what crossed my mind when I posted my wish that the forum continue to "grow and prosper" (live long and prosper).

I'm such a Star Trek fan that I can tell you exactly which episode that still shot is from. Maybe I shouldn't be too proud of that, though...

And, no, I do not live in my parent's basement!
