You guys know it all so i need some expert answers here. Can anybody tell me how to tell the date on a rawlings hoh? i know its black horse, but does it start with 0, or 1? My date code is HEB14. What kind of leather is 14? Thanks John

I'm fairly certain that B = 1 and E = 0.
so your glove is 601

I have an PRO 2HF HOH USA with a code of BEH01 = 106 (?Jan 06). I didn't realize that USA HOH gloves were still made in the USA in 2006.

14 is Gutman leather. Usually softer than Horween (01). H=6 so could be 1996.

On the old codes like yours the B is for a year ending in 1 the EH is o6 or June 01 is horween the 09 is Tenn. Tanning and the 14 is Guttman and still some american gloves made for eastbay every year. This year a completely new line take a look. Bob
