According to the Catalog Source Book (a must have for every collector!) Rawlings 1958 Mantle offerings were the MMP (Personal Model), MM4 (Autograph Model), MM5 (Professional Model) and the MM9 (Triple Crown).
The MM was sold from 1954 through 1957. The MMP replaced it in 1958, so both models were never sold in the same year.

THE SOURCE BOOK I HAVE AND CHECKED, BUT I NOTICED THE BASEBALLCOLLECTOR.COM HAD A 1958 MM MODEL OR WAS THE P FADED OUT
