Blish, Mize & Silliman Hardware

Mid 30s - Blish, Mize & Silliman Hardware - Carl N. Reynolds (Model 510).
Has a buckle back.

Replaced the web, re-laced the heel and found a period hang tag.
I wished it cleaned up better, but like it anyways.

Anyone have any info on this brand or other models?

Thx in advance.

Mark

Hey Mark, cool glove. I thought they said Bush, Mize & Silliman. Thanks for the clarification. There's a Walter Johnson in the Johnson Gallery as well as one more in the Other Manufacturers Gallery. Just do a search for blish and you should get three different glove hits.

Blish, Mize & Silliman Hardware Co. was formed in 1871 and started off outfitting wagon trains heading out west from Kansas. They soon became a general hardware distributor to over 800 hardware stores throughout the Midwest. They are still active today.
