Well it seems to have been another slow week on the eBay front, but there are always some good gloves out there….
Up first is the seldom seen Mickey Mantle Rawlsing XFB19 Personal Model first baseman’s mitt. Rawlings made this glove in 1969/1970. This model was a bit above mid-grade among base mitts. The Mantle DCT model seems to be the highest end glove of the period. Nonetheless, this is a rarer version of a Mantle glove and earned $299 by way of a Buy it Now sale.
The very popular Rawlings Warren Spahn XPG3 HOH model sold for $249 in a Buy it Now sale. The Spahn model sold from ’62-65 and was among the most expensive of Rawlings models in those years – trailing only the HOH XPGP “Professionalâ€
