We recently picked up this Victor full web and wanted to share it with everyone. The glove has a unique stitch on the front and we are still wondering if it was done by the factory or the owner...what do you guys think? The glove remains in great condition with a flawless felt lining. It also has a unique Victor button that I have not seen before. Let us know what you think.
That doesn't look like a factory stitch to me. There's no reason that that stitch line couldn't be done with a machine, so the fact that it's hand sewn makes me think that it was done by the owner. Is there additional padding above the stitch? Nice glove.
Josh, that's a very nice glove. I would think that it was hand sewn thus done by an owner. But for what purpose? I understand cutting a hole in the palm to get a better feel for the ball. I don't get this one. I kinda think that it would make catching the ball more difficult.
