Can't find the De la Hoz glove in the Glove Catalog Source Book nor that unusual model number, most of the Spalding fielder gloves in that decade that we have records on didn't go higher and 42-300s. Nothing higher but a catalog year might have been missed when this glove was made. 1964 is missing but this might have been a model that didn't make the Spalding catalog. Undoubtedly is was produced during Mike's career in the 1960s.
And yes, rare, in that we can't find a catalog year for it either.
There have been many collectors seeking the Cuban player endorsed gloves since the early 1990s to my knowledge years and search back all the way to Dolph Luque of the 1920s, which was a high demand 1920s glove.
Some of the later Cuban born stars have gloves: Tony Perez, Minnie Minoso,
Versalles, etc. But a lot of them didn't have glove endorsements or only a few have been found: Ramos, Pashcal etc.
