I've schooled my wife on the differences between a fingerless glove and a tipped glove, but I don't think she'll find either during her normal strolls thorugh Neiman Marcus!!!

my family is aware of my glove wants. whether one ends up under the tree for me this year is another story. i'm sure crackofthebat will be eagerly looking under the tree for a nice mitt as well.

I'm hoping for a custom modern glove. The tag on the Xmas present will read:

Perfect Gift

the nice Stan Musial glove in Cardinal Red that I found at flea market and
listed in this forum's "Today I found" several weeks ago, is going out to a good friend and long time Musial fan. It will be a nice surprise for him. I think it's the perfect store model display glove for a Musial guy.

That's a nice story Joe. I'm sure it will be a nice surprise for him and become a cherished posession.
