I just found this website,and I am new at this so I hope my question hasn't been answered before or isn't too dumb.
Is there a difference between Vasoline petro jelly and a generic brand from Rite Aid or Walgreens.

Doesn't really matter. I think you'll find that the generic brands are slightly thinner in consistency but are essentially the same thing.
