Numbers on old A2000
Posted: September 9th, 2009, 6:45 pmBought a ragged out old A2000 on eBay (you may have seen it) to clean up, relace and display with my A2002 of the same vintage (I'm thinking about 1963-64).
Loosened the wrist strap and found these numbers underneath. I read on another post by Joe (softball66) that Wilson game issued gloves may have had numbers under the wrist strap.
Here it is. Is it a date code or what? I think it reads "241A".
Any help would be appreciated.
