When restoring gloves I like to reapply a coating of "pocket wax" to adhere the lining to the pocket. The stuff I have been using is some form of beeswax that has the consistency of a semi-hard butter (can be spread with a butter knife or fingers). My source is no longer available and I don't know what the name of the product was called. If anyone can supply a name, a product, or something else to use for the same purpose I would appreciate it. I have contacted glove makers, but they have no idea what I am talking about - probably because it is no longer used in the new gloves. Thanks!!!

beeswax by itself is rather sticky and could be used in that way. especially the softer varieties. typically though, beeswax is used as a polish on leather and wood.
