Just bought one of the Rawlings untreated Horween PRO1MTC from Don Morton Sports. What's the best way to condition the glove during break-in?

Just play catch. After awhile apply a little Lexol (brown bottle) in the pocket and along the edge where the pocket meets the base of the web. Play catch some more. I would not do anything else with the glove other than play catch with it to loosen it up. Good luck!

I would oil the stress points between the fingers so you don't end up with little tears like I did with my HOH. You can see a picture here of what happened to my glove when I didn't oil those points before trying to break it in:

Pay specific attention to docglov's advice - he knows a thing or two about gloves :D
