Drying up a glove

A couple of "well-oiled" gloves on ebay have me thinking ... how do you "dry up" an overly-oiled glove? :? I have a couple of beaters that I bought from a guy on ebay who is really fond of Vaseline. Fortunately, I have been able to blot and absorb most of the excess with paper towels, but those gloves on ebay look like they have been soaked in 10-W-30! Is there any way to salvage those gloves?

People suggested putting them in the clothes dryer with a bunch of towels. The method worked for me. don't leave them in too long.
