Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

Collecting gloves has been fun, but I think I am going to give up vintage gloves. I need more space at home so I'm just keeping a few select gloves that I can put on a shelf in my office, and I don't have the time to take on more of a hobby.

Here is a list of some gloves I am parting with. Rather than see them end up nailed to the wall in a sports bar, I thought I would see if there is any interest from collectors who would really appreciate them.

Goldsmith DW Elmer Riddle
Rawlings XFB50 Boog Powell trapeze style first base mitt.

If anyone is interested in these gloves, please let me know and I will send you pictures of the gloves.

As I said, I'd rather see these go to collectors who would appreciate them than someone who would just nail it to the wall of a sports bar to collect dust.

Always looking for Phillies, so if you could send along some info on the Stan Lopata glove please

I just need to get rid of some stuff and make some space at home. Giving up on collecting vintage gloves and going to focus on more modern models.
