What to use to dye a glove???

Well I just picked up a D4 model single post A2000 infield glove used. The previous owner seems to have made an attempt to dye the glove but didn't really finish the job. I figure I will just do the whole thing black to make it uniform and look better. My question was what should I use to dye it and what is the best thing to use/ technique for applying it. Thanks guys

here's a pic of it you can see what i mean.I bought it anyways because I liked the single post design, and never have had an A2000 of that model

I have used Angelus dye because I had read it was compatible with Lexol. I have had good results with it:

I've had good results with Eco-Flo dyes, which are water-based so they clean up easily. (See the link about half-way down the page:
http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/ ).
There are a variety of other dyes to be found at this website. As for how to apply them, the wool daubers are the way to go.
