How to decode production dates on newer rawlings gloves?

I know for the older gloves, there's the black horse code? How do you decode the 4 letter code on the newer rawlings gloves to figure out when they were made? Thanks

My PRO TROY glove doesn't make sense . It is LABA which would make for a totally off the wall date code? Hmmm... ideas?
