Thanks, Brett! I think this might be a good place to start ...
I have a "Winner" model baseball bat from the mid-20th century. I don't know exactly how old it is ... I think it belonged to a much older cousin, because it was found in my uncle's house after he had passed away. It is very narrow-barreled, and about a 31" length. I believe it is probably a youth model bat. Do any of you more experienced baseball historians have any knowledge of the "Winner" brand bat? Who, where, when? Thanks in advance!
