Well, since the CECstapo is away the bulldog will play. Time to double our pleasure and double our fun. Had a great Jim Palmer pic, but thought it might get me kicked off the boards! I like Variety so you choose. So, here we go:

Pic#1 Which one is big Joe?

Assuming that's Joe Jr. with the Clipper?...

"Gosh, Dad, I'd be the most popular kid in school if you'd autograph a ball for my class!"
"Well, that's gonna set you back 150 bucks, and I don't take checks."
"Aw forget it. I can get a Mantle ball for that price."

"Well, son, I guess it's time that I taught you the family business."
"Gee, you're going to teach me how to be a ball player like you were?!"
"Hehe, good one kid. Now let's see how you look holding up the old Mr. Coffee."

Not exactly a chip off the old Clip.

Ah, two pics at the same time. Like the substitute teacher who brings candy on his first day. I see how it is.

Excuse me Mr. Dimaggio that's not my back.
A young Phil Mickelson is probed on his short game techniques.

Nice one on Rockin Robin (and don't mess with Texas) ... those will be tough to top, and certainly not by my futile efforts:
Ventura was always known for his beautiful long flowing swing; Ryan's apparently was more compact and direct.
It appears that this game of "king of the hill" was settled ... permanently
The Ryan Expressed!

I was rethinking the Rockin' Robin.
Could also be Clockin Robin.

Eat your peas and carrots, Mickey, and one day you could be the Yankee center fielder
Bronx Tail

Nolan wasn't much of a hugger
Beanman and Robin
Let's get ready to humble!

Thankfully, there were no Speedos back then.

New swim trunks: $15
Joe's fee for allowing you to stand next to him: $100
Marilyn Monroe behind the camera in a bikini: Priceless!
