I like the patch. "The Coaches Choice, Your Choice Too". The glove reminds me of a Hutch brand. Pretty nice for $60

Here's the D&M mitt I saw at Brimfield but was unable to buy since it was being held for the seller. It sold for $698 on eBay. Despite the description it definitely saw use but was an exceptional mitt.

Two interesting gloves made in Canada.

First is a 1930-40's Spalding base mitt in super condition. It sold for $79 on ebay

Second is a 1930's Reach glove that sold for $197. It has "Home Run Special" stamped on the heel but no "Babe Ruth" endorsement. Some Canadian made gloves omitted the endorsement, possibly for legal or contract reasons. I owned a Canadian Spalding model MO that should have had the Ruth endorsement but it was also missing.

These three ended over the weekend. First up is a Honus Wagner Co. with interesting back - thought this one would do a lot better than the $137.50 it ended at. Second is a Canadian Spalding Ruth Home Run Special that brought $1225 - hope the buyer knows it's Canadian and that the fingers are supposed to be laced, something that was lacking in the description. Final one is a softball mitt but it had a nice look to it - Bush & Caldwell ending at $60.99.

I agree Brett, i thought the Honus Wagner glove would do better. I had thoughts on bidding on it, it is a very interesting glove!
