The 1960's Sears "Ted Williams" personal model sold for $63 on ebay. With all the features, this glove could have been Sear's top of the line model.

A couple of vintage 1" web gloves closed on ebay. First is a nice Reach model for $87. Leather seems to have a greenish tinge. I owned a similar colored glove and it may be the tanning process.

Second is a 1" web mystery glove that sold far a quick BIN of $125. Originally listed as a straightforward auction, the seller cancelled and relisted as a BIN because he received an offer he couldn't refuse.

1966 Rawlings "Ken Boyer" commemorative MVP model sold for $112. The 1966 Rawlings catalog shows the MVP model including both Boyer and Brooks Robinson signatures. Maybe the single Boyer endorsement is a rare variation. The glove has the interesting "Big Wheel" web and out-seams on the back of the fingers.

Unique late 1920's D&M "Pat Collins" catchers mitt sold for a $50 BIN on ebay. Interesting laced wrist strap for such an early mitt. Cloth patch still intact. D&M trademark round wrist opening. I couldn't find examples on JD's website so here is a 1930 catalog listing with the pics.

circa 1905 crescent pad catchers mitt in well used condition on ebay. Looks like it originally had a hook and eyelet back. Pretty funky repair/addition of a wrist strap, but for $50 it's a bargain.

A pristine 1930's Spalding Canada "OK" model catchers mitt sold for $58 on ebay. Not a mitt one would use ordinary rawhide lacing to redo the string laced perimeter of the mitt. It has to be the right color and thickness. William at Huntington Baseball Co. would have just the right vintage lace to really make this glove a beauty. http://www.huntingtonbaseballco.com/Home/Home.html
