Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

This came with a COA and the signature matches with ones that I know to be authentic. Which is the only thing I know about the glove; except that it's a Werber. I've included the close up of the block stamping and the script signature. In the pocket is a word that starts with PE and a number ?6-311. Any ideas, theories etc.??
