Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

Hey guys,

Picked up a huge group a few weeks back and due to the hand healing so slow I'be been behind on the cleaning. Sorry Brett, getting u sonnet pics this week i promise, not to mention theres another 6 or so I think you'll like. So I picked up this full web, circa 1910ish?, gloves marked "KNOWLAND" professional, thick dark brown leather, excellent piping. Im at work right now and dont have pics, but Im curious on the provenance of this glove, I didn't look that in depth, but I couldn't find anything on a KNOWLAND. Please and thanks for the replies.

Can't help you with Knowland but I'm looking forward to the Sonnett / OK pics - no hurry - hope your hand is healing correctly. I guess I'll have to beg the wife for a bigger allowance this month since I spent all mine on a Spalding trophy (the batter) at the local auction last night.
