Just picked this up and was wondering how many other models with the joined fingers are out there. I have a Paul Derringer Goldsmith from a trade with Dave C. that is similar in design. I know that JD has that beautiful Wilson Sarge Connally and that Brett has an OK model with the little finger joined if I remember right. I think there is a Goldsmith Eldon Aucker also. Has anyone come across any others?

okdoak - Nice pick up. The ink for the name still looks in great shape. Maybe you could attach a close up. Great find - Scott

Hey Greg, I have a few of them and have owned a few more including your French. Great glove. Most are baseball but a couple were softball. I have seen a few DiMaggio fused fingers as well. Here's my second favorite next to the Sarge. It's a Diamond Brand.

There are a bunch of OK models that feature this look - as mentioned there are some softball models, a DiMaggio model plus a couple three finger models including a Harry Walker and a Bobby Doerr

Thanks for the info guys! That's a very cool looking Diamond Brand, JD. The silver stamping in the signature did survive nicely being on the side of the heel, Scott. The logo in the pocket is mostly gone but it looks like that JC Higgins oval.
