Wow, what a glove. If it's all original it is in amazing condition. Congratulations, it's a candidate for glove of the year!!!!

That doesn't look like a factory stitch to me. There's no reason that that stitch line couldn't be done with a machine, so the fact that it's hand sewn makes me think that it was done by the owner. Is there additional padding above the stitch? Nice glove.

Josh, that's a very nice glove. I would think that it was hand sewn thus done by an owner. But for what purpose? I understand cutting a hole in the palm to get a better feel for the ball. I don't get this one. I kinda think that it would make catching the ball more difficult.

Don't think it's factory. Looks like the owner wanted to scrunch up the padding in the pocket to soften the blow. Maybe too many heaters!

From the condition of that glove, it looks like the owner hardly got to use it. Too many dropped balls perhaps!
Speaking of recent finds, Ricky don't you have something to share?

Funny Joel. I'm still waiting on the story of the fielder's mitt that I spotted for you.
Sorry Josh I didn't mean to hi-jack your thread. I'll stop.
