Guys, Trying out the photo bucket tonight. Hope it works. Anyone seen this type of glove before??? It says Ted Williams Model on the front of the glove. It has a JB in the palm with a shield. I am thinking it might be a James Brind brand. I was interested more so in the glove because I found the web to be different than any I have in my glove collection.

I dont know if you were the winner of this on ebay a few weeks ago, but there was one just like it on there I thought the web was a bit odd myself when I saw it online.

Hi Drasher,

Yes, I did pick this one up on ebay a few days back. My guess is it was the same glove. I had not seen one like it before. By the way, I checked out your gloves in the photo bucket. Very nice collection. I love the old timer gloves.
I can not seem to get this picture to come up when I click the link. Drasher, how did you view my pic on the thread? Just curious.

This is only a tad of what stockbud's got in his recently released glove book if you want to see the oddities of glove webs and just some real nice leather. We've publicized his "dream" book in our newsletter. I truly recommend Dave's guide for our fellows who enjoy glove pictures. And here I am, stuck with ordinary web gloves. Goodness.
And, we're still working on the 2007 catalog source book. A fine leathered friend just told me that one of our 2004 Catalog books (which we sold out of quickly) is in the famous Paplinger book store for $75.
How's that for a secondary market?
