Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

What to my wandering eyes should appear but a Jim Bottomley JB Rawlings 1b mitt in local antique mall at a buyer's price. VG condition only. Lining is shot, patch gone, but name is readable and front is fairly nice. I will post picture later but will have it on eBay for sale. Sunny Jim has been a tough glove to locate because pro level mitt and not that many made or seem to have survived.
Also will have a Rawlings Pro H USA. five dots so could be 1980 on eBay shortly.

the front cleaned up nicely. Only about 20% of tag left. Inside lining has about 1 1/2 inch hole. Original lacing but only in so-so shape.
