Best baseball book EVER...absolute classic. Autographed copy is very sweet. I've only had that in paperback and now I can't find it.

Speaking of baseball books, "Fathers Playing Catch with Sons" is quite good. And "Doc Ellis and the Country of Baseball" isn't bad. And "Catcher in the Wry" by Ueker is pretty good, and sure has a great title.

Speaking of great baseball books....
I have thoroughly enjoyed "The Knucklebook" by Dave Clark.
Great info, funny quotes and stories, and tips and techniques.

My favorite baseball book is "Collision at Home Plate", the simultaneous bio of Pete Rose and the man that banned him from baseball, A. Bartlett Giamatti.
