Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

Yesterday my dad and I decided to take a trip down the famously promoted Atlantique City show. Unfortunately, this show wasn't as big as advertised and we were disappointed in the amount of vintage sports equipment available. I was able to add a nice Reach glove, with interesting web, and box to my collection, along with an OK MFG punching bag and a vintage Chicago pennant. We had a nice conversation with David Hunt, from Hunt's Auctions, and he said they would be some nice boxed gloves in future auctions.

It was an awful year for sporting goods. There were much fewer sporting items than normal.

Were you wearing a hat, holding some gloves and talking to the guy from Sport and Spool about Brimfield???
I thought it was you, then I figured you wouldn't travel down for the show.
