After watching pawn stars tonight seeing a complete game issued uniform of Willie Mays go for 31K, it got me to thinking about gloves that I dont see or surprised that they dont sell for more. Willie Mays, Jackie Robinson, and Hank Aaron are three that came to my mind. I dont see those gloves up on ebay very often or if I do they are sears gloves from the 70's. There is probably other places to find gloves as well but I havent been searching that hard for them either. I know there are a numbers of factors that go into the value of a glove, but there has to be a model that these guys used or endorsed that are sought after by collectors.

Mays gloves are very common - there are many models but the most popular are usually his MacGregor personal models - the GC12, G105 and G101. Aaron is fairly common as well - MacGregor personal models once again - GF20 is probably the best choice but the KHA is nice but harder to come by. Robinson gloves are almost all Caprico import brand - they are common but don't carry a premium because they aren't US made. I think one or two block letter USA made Robinsons have appeared but not positive.

I believe a Dubow Signature Jackie Robinson glove exists. But maybe just that one.
Frank Robinson falls into that same category of Mays and Aaron, all MacGregor endorsers and all having a MacGregor personal model that does well. I like the Aaron Home Run King glove if it's
in really nice condition as a commemorative glove but many of these show up. Clemente is another you can fit into the category of many gloves but with different brands like the Higgins Bob Clemente.
MacGregor and Rawlings also signed him up and you can find these gloves as well.
