Wilson Gold Glove

I've not seen one of these before. Another collector sent me the ebay listing. Wonder if Wilson gave this to some of its endorsers or was just experimenting.

That is one ugly looking glove. I rather like the look of the Rawlings award gloves from the 60's that are Gold and Silver - the Wilson, not so much.

Now hold on, fellas, I almost like it. I especially like the way the Wilson patch on the wrist strap looks with all that gold around it. Yes, it really does look like popcorn might fly out of it, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I'm hungry.

For me, beauty starts with that big beautiful Wilson "W" and that "Made in USA" circle. I've been thinking about getting that circle tattooed on my shoulder.

Anyway, I almost like the glove.
