I went to one of my favorite sites, www.Baseball-Reference.com and I clicked on" Players." Apparently he did not play in the Major Leagues. Some companies, such as Nokona, endorsed local or minor league players. My guess is that he was a minor leaguer, maybe a Triple A player, or played in the Negro Leagues, which would be a strong possibility.
