Ok so I know there is a glove wanted section but it seems to be more of a modern section now so I thought I would put this post here to get some "vintage" answers...Any way, what is your current wish list?? 1. Crescent pad full web fielders glove
2. 3 Finger (Bee Sting)
3. Original Bill Doak

Right now my wish list is simple. Wilson XLO USA made with adjustable wrist strap. Like a few others on this site I have a preference for larger gloves with single posts. But I have a hard time getting a conventional back tight enough and I do not like Fastback/Holdster models, all apologies to docglove and Rawlings.
Anyone know whether or not I am dreaming? I recall seeing the adjustable straps on A2000's but it may have been the XL models.

List is pretty long. However with pre war HOFers it is Sam Crawford, Earle Combs and Joe Sewell.
Others are rare star players
and some speciality gloves.

Like to add two more to our wish list.
Buckle Back full web.
Laced heel sewn web.
Here is an example of what I mean by the laced heal glove. Lacing goes all the way up the pinky finger. I have seen a few in displays and in catalogs. I am sure these are tougher to come by then your regular 1" web but does anyone know more about them? Anyone have one for trade? Rob...? lol

Slowly back away from my laced-heel glove, Josh!
My top three wants -- this morning -- are the following:
1) A fingerless or finger tipped glove. I'm not that particular but that white with brown tipped one on Joe's old catalog would be nice.
2) That 1920s or so wooden cabinet World Series mechanical game that was in the the LA Sports Museum. Since I'll never get one because of both size and cost I'll settle for a nice D&M or Spalding Lutzke style 3-finger. I have the other major brands and would like representatives.
3) A couple other things I could use to round out some of my displays are a replacement stunner tall or wide figural baseball trophy to replace the one I got talked out of in trade this weekend, an upgrade uncracked 34" or longer decal bat, one of those really heavy bead weld TOC catchers masks, an old wooden baseball sign, and a nice TOC trophy baseball. I mention these in the glove forum because I'll trade some nice gloves if you have a nice duplicate item you can part with.
