Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

I recently added a nice Spalding full web to my collection. It is in excellent condition and the red cloth label is perfect. The strange thing is the tag was put on up side down. Was this a common practice or just some random fluke? Has anyone else seen this or is this a rarity?

I"ve seen this a couple times with the red Spalding tag - I have one in my collection.
