Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

So my son's coach asks me to stick around after practice, he wants to show me something. I'm thinking, crap, what did my son do now (c;
He pops out this very nice buckle back vintage piece of genuine horsehide. McMillan Athletic Goods Company, Terre Haute, Ind on the very nice tag on the back.
Palm has some nice stamping and would be much more readable after a little Lexol and lanolin. It looks like it has been endorsed by ? Myers. Any information would be much appreciated. I will try and bring my camera on Thursday for the game but for sure I will have it Saturday for some pictures.

Maybe this is a Billy Myers endorsed signature. Billy was a key cog SS for the champion Reds in 1939-40. He shows up on a Hutch, also Banner and is cataloged in D&M in 1940-42. Hutch or D&M could have made the glove for McMillan Co. Also possibility a Buddy Myer, also same era player and also
