DID RAWLINGS MAKE THE MM AND THE MMP IN 1958 THANKS FOR ANY INFO...

According to the Catalog Source Book (a must have for every collector!) Rawlings 1958 Mantle offerings were the MMP (Personal Model), MM4 (Autograph Model), MM5 (Professional Model) and the MM9 (Triple Crown).

The MM was sold from 1954 through 1957. The MMP replaced it in 1958, so both models were never sold in the same year.

THE SOURCE BOOK I HAVE AND CHECKED, BUT I NOTICED THE BASEBALLCOLLECTOR.COM HAD A 1958 MM MODEL OR WAS THE P FADED OUT MY GUESS; THE MM AMD MMP WITH THE BLACK LABLE COULD HAVE BEEN ISSUED IN 1958
