Received the summer auction catalog from Legendary Auctions, where they preview the sale of the John Graham collection. Leading off is his boxed Babe Ruth catchers glove and his Ty Cobb boxed fielders. WOW

Don't forget the fingerless. Wish I could bid but I can't even afford the price to go to the auction!

So come the fall when the collection goes to auction, is there a glove that you would like to have? What would that glove be?

I'm hoping prices are low for some of the Horace Partridge gloves.

Do they have a good reputation? I've never bought from them. I notice on their events page it says bidding for the August auction starts tomorrow but there were bids listed yesterday when I looked. Some of the descriptions are very limited and I notice the Earl Averill glove and box are different model numbers but they don't mention it in the description.

I tried to register with Legendary, but they want 2 references! What's that about? Anybody here want to sponsor me?

Hey Scott. You can use me as well but I don't think you really need to. Why they make it so difficult is beyond me. Call Melissa Derks at 7088899380 and she will get you registered.
Cheers
Bert

Probably making sure you're not an FBI agent.
