Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

this is the second Wilson "Designed By" the player glove that I've had, a "Designed By" Nelson Fox glove of 1964 (Golden Anniversary of Wilson). So, I'm not entirely sure what Wilson's marketing plans were regarding this inclusions on their gloves. The other designed by glove I had was that of Ron Santo's, really an unusual looking glove. I don't think these gloves were cataloged. Here's the ebay link to the Fox>

I really like the look of your glove, Joe. The L-heel, split web and extra wide wrist strap are distinctive to say nothing of the anniversary patch.
