I am contacting you because I have about 50 vintage/old baseball gloves for sale. I was wondering if you would be interested in making offers on any of these gloves before I post them on eBay. I still have about 20 more vintage gloves, 6 catchers masks, 3 old fabric bases, a few bats and a leather catchers chest protector that will be for sale after I photograph them. These gloves were part of an inventory of 50 gloves that were used for movie props, display purposes and photo shoots by Beaver Bros Antiques and Props in San Francisco in the early 1980’s. They were collected for their art value with attention to a patina and color, interesting shapes, and iconic images that they became. The collection is being sold one glove at a time in the hopes that someone out there will appreciate them for what they are! Each glove is being sold “as is’ with a no refund policy. These gloves have not been cleaned up or restored in any way. The photos show the details. If you are interested, I have descriptions of each glove which includes all markings on the gloves. The gloves can be paid for with pay pal, check or money order. I will ship anyway that you specify but the shipping has to pre-paid by the buyer and then I will mail them to you one day after complete payment has been received and cleared.
