VBGF 1st Annual Dutch Auction - Winchester sewn web glove

Since I've received numerous emails regarding the Winchester glove I picked up this past week I thought I would try something different this time. The glove will be sold via Dutch Auction on this forum - below you will see a starting price. Here is how it works:
-If no one buys the glove at the starting price, I will drop it in an increment of either $100, $50 or $25.
-The price drop will occur between 5 to 7 pm ET each evening - I'm a morning person but I want to be fair to members on the west coast.
-Emails stating "I'll buy the glove when it gets to X price" will be ignored.
-If the glove is at a price you feel comfortable buying at, either send a PM or an email to vintagebrett@yahoo.com - I will use the time stamp if two people email at the same price.
-I have a baseline price, and if the glove reaches that point, I will let you know that the price will not drop any more.
-Shipping is on me.
-If you have any questions or concerns, let me know and I"ll do my best to help you out.
With no further ado:
Up for auction we have a gorgeous looking Winchester model 2147 sewn web split finger baseball glove that dates to the 1920's. Although this glove has seen some use, it has been well preserved and will make an excellent display piece in the new owner's collection. Leather is smooth and supple. There is some stiffness through the fingers. The inner lining is fully intact with no holes and is smooth. On the wrist strap, the Winchester tag is completely intact with vibrant red stitching on the black background. The Winchester button looks almost brand new, making the back of the glove even more attractive. The only issue with the glove is there is a slight seam separation under the web where the thumb meets the ring finger - this imperfection is not noticeable unless you are looking for it but wanted to point it out for full disclosure. The original owner also did not pen his name anywhere so there is no ink to distract those purchasers who find that a turn off. Pictures and starting price are below. Let the games begin
Starting price: $900 (September 13)
Current price: $425 (September 21)
