Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

Anybody on the board see a pro preferred glove like this before? It looks different I have never seen a trap with the rolled lace at the top like this before. And if you guys have where do you order it from.

Yeah, I saw this yesterday. The web looks like one of those funky, yet endearing, webs for the japanese market.

They are custom made for Ruben Sierra and his friend Hector Florin. I believe Bob does the custom labels.

These gloves were made for Hector Florin...friend of Ruben Sierra...He had a bunch of gloves made for himself and for Ruben...I purchased 4 of the Ruben Sierra gloves that were never used by Ruben ( great gloves with silver leather rawlings labels( never seen these before aside from the florin/sierra gloves).. Very nice gloves...great craftsmanship with Ichiro web.....I think Doc said he had them made......they were made in the Phillipines ( much better craftsmanship ) than the St. Louis shop..( my opinion)
