Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

So I was looking through the boxes of my Dad's old gear the other day and I found some brand new RBG36 s new in the bag.

I have got 2-3 right handed models

and 1-2 Lefty models

These have never been worn, and may or may not still have tags, but are in the box.

I guess my grandfather worked at the Prison in Joliet, Ill. and order a few dozen of these puppies for the prisoners to use, and managed to snag a few for my Dad and I.

They have Dale Murphy signatures, and truly are a work of art.

I would keep them, and use them except I play first base now, and really do not need all of these bad boys sitting around.

Anyway, I am away from home right now, and am not able to take pics or get and exact count on the number of gloves. I will post pictures in a few days.
