Hi fellow vintage baseball glove enthusiasts and collectors:

I am new to this forum and am not a vintage baseball collector but am interested in good quality leather gloves, especially vintage ones.

Has anybody ever heard of "Dales" baseball glove made in Japan or know anything about it? I found a "Dales" professional baseball catcher's mitt on facebook marketplace and wanted to get it for my son (he plays minor league baseball) and I am curious about this history or the quality of the glove.

Any insight or information you may have regarding this "Dales" gloves would be much appreciated.
I will try to attach photos on this post and hope you can see them.

Thank you very much in advance.

Thank you for your thank you. You're welcome. I'm thinking that Dales might have been a chain of sporting goods stores that sold its own private label gloves.
