Overall its been a lean summer glove hunting. I did find a nice Denkert BM6 basemitt this morning though. Endorsed by Gus Suhr with lots of silver and a very nice buckle back. I can see myself acquiring more of these early basemitts...I'm gonna take a few lobs in the backyard with it today :)

Good find Mark! If you want to see some nice old basemitts, drop my dad a line and go visit him - he's only about 1 hour north of where you are.

I might just do that. I'll be up on RT 44 a few days this week pushin the B&J. I'm sure all the indoor antique malls up there have been picked clean of the good leather/ lumber though :wink:
