A real nice early 1900's Spalding full web glove sold for $456 on ebay. Pristine black Spalding cloth patch and overall great shape to the leather inside and out.

A full web Simmons American Glove sold for $68 on ebay. Pretty much a bargain at that price. Not the greatest photos but looks to be a nice glove of decent quality. Logo and model number still stamped on the front and a super cloth patch on the wrist strap.

A full web glove sold on ebay for $141. Not mentioned in the description but the glove's big claim to fame is a cool celluloid wrist strap button. The glove was sold through Shapleigh's Hardware of St. Louis. the button reads "Diamond Manufacturing Co". and "Diamond Brand". There is also a "Diamond Brand" logo faintly in the pocket. These were just two of Shapleigh's many in-house trademark brand names. The glove itself was well used with a loose seam or two but mainly presentable and of decent quality.

A circa 1968 near mint Rawlings "Mickey Mantle" XFB19 Personal Model base mitt sold for $795 on ebay. Probably will be another 20 years before another near mint one pops up. It is about as good as it gets except for the DCT version of course, but that one would be closer to $2500.

An interesting National Brand "Joe DiMaggio" glove sold for $227. The glove appears to be near mint and has the cool double extended pocket invented by Ben Stobbe in 1947 for OK Mfg.

A 1950's Wilson "Billy Martin" model 2190 sold for $250. Glove appears to be near mint and a collector favorite.

There was actually another Rawlings "Mickey Mantle" XFB19 base mitt that sold in Sept. It sold within a week of the other one posted above and was also mint. What are the chances! This one sold for a ridiculous $195. It was a BIN and was only up for 20 min. I'm surprised it wasn't gone within 5 min. it's a beauty!

Different yet the same, two great catchers mitts from the mid 1960's. The Rawlings "Ed Bailey" HOH mitt with the "Big Wheel" web sold for $78. Rawling's also made this Spalding "Yogi Berra" mitt with the "Spoke Web". It sold for $102.
