Reminds me of that U2 album cover where they were are all looking in different directions, Joshua Tree?

- Don't move ... I just lost a contact.

- The ump is looking in the Yankee dugout for the sign (what it feels like when the Angels play the Yanks)

- He wasn't just called out for that horrible at-bat, he was shunned!

Sorry for the delay, but was trying to come up with some new, fresh material.

After the bromance, going to the ball park for Richie and Joel became a little.........AWKWARD!

After calling the third strike, Bob turned around and thought "Whoa! Was that my dad?"

Richard decided to turn his back on the circle of trust.

Life on the road eating nothing but hotdogs and hamburgers washed down with beer had it's way with Ernie's (the catcher) digestive tract.
The doctor prescribed more fiber for his diet to help. There was one side effect.....

"Ernie," yelled the ump " I'm not crouching down behind you anymore".

Perhaps we should resurrect the caption contest:

Ask and ye shall receive, which is actually a pretty fitting caption for this one. The caption that first came to mind, though, was

That glove with only three fingers is unnatural and an abomination. Be gone, demon glove!

OK let's get this one out of the way so that we can focus:

How about a friendly game of pickle?

But my real ones are:

Frustrated with his lack of God-given ability, Bert files a formal complaint.

unfortunately ....

Even with divine intervention Bert couldn't catch the damn ball.

Some take their glove cleaning a little...too religiously.

Even at an early age, young Robert had a battle with his conscience over glove purchasing.

Bless the Father, the Son, and the Holy......Moses? Is that Wally Moses, kid?

When I first saw the photo, I just glanced at it and didn't look at the details and this one came to my mind.

Glove night at the local Klan rally.

I guess if the shoe fits ... I'll sign up. All I can say is that it's more fun to do Glove of the Month when you guys let me win an occasional glove. Just kidding, but that Sonnett would have had a little competition if I had seen it, darn it.

Two prominent St Louis "Cardinals" endorse the Rawlings 3-finger.

It's not allowed to be stamped "Playmaker Supreme" until fully blessed.

I figured since I posted the link, I ought to at least try:

"The kid is all glove and no arm." (Looks like the kids hand protrudes from his ribcage)

"Trade you this glove for that cool hat."

"Young Skywalker encourages Obi Wan and Darth Sidious to settle their differences on the diamond."

Nice ones, Scott, and all bring a new perspective on the photo which is tough a couple days in. Note, I'd be remiss if I didn't give you a tinge of ribbing for feeling that you had to explain your caption. I think the some of the best captions are the ones where people have to think a little about it. Of course, I like the blatant more obvious ones, too.

I hate to ask, Scott, but I assume your ebay search wasn't "13 year old" "priest", right?

What do you mean no signing bonus ... look at all that bling?!!

Actually it was "12 year old" "priest". But thanks for asking.

And I will no longer explain my captions. You are right, let them work for it.
