Two Vintage Gloves I Know Nothing About... One Jamaican made

hi i am new to the forum... i live in vancouver bc canada i have a question about a baseball glove i have listed on vancouver craigslist... if you look up vancouver craigslist ad #1140009692 or search for Beautiful Vintage 1950's WinnWell "Professional" Baseball Glove you will see this glove i found... it's a made in Jamaica Black in colour fielder's glove and i can find nothing about any WinnWell baseball gloves on the net, just hockey gear... i also have a black or dark brown cooper/weekes "professional" fielder's mitt (not listed) that appears to be from the 1960's that i also know very little about... it's hard to get anything but hockey with these companies... I have a price of $75 on the WinnWell but i really have no idea of its value... i really just listed it to see if anyone knew anything about it ...it's a beautiful thing! they both are.

Welcome to the forum.

I've seen a bunch of Winn Well gloves but none that were made in Jamaica - all the ones I've come across were made in Canada. This is that latest era Winn Well I've seen - most of the ones I'm familiar with are from the 1930's and 40's.

As for the Cooper Weeks - they made tons of ball gloves during the 50's and 60's - I know they were made in Canada but not sure where.
