I was curious as to whether Rob, Ricky or J. D. talk to Gary regarding his collection, know him well or see him at all?
I've sold him books and guides but that has been many years ago and have not heard from him in a while.

I never met him or talked to him. I think JD mentioned that he met him briefly at the Long Beach Veteran's Flea Market, but it sounded more like a "hi, nice to meet you thing." I could be wrong...JD?

That's correct. I was introduced to him by Mark N. & John K. at a local flea market when I used to attend them. I just met him briefly and knew he had a high end collection but not this extensive. I knew about him more than I knew him.

I want to go back. Bulldog, what are you doing this weekend?

According to their website they are going to be closed until summer, except by special arrangement. I suspect they are either adding a wing or it doesn't make sense to keep that level of security through the slower months. Rob

That's too bad. Maybe we'll have to do a summer/spring meeting.
