Rawlings pocket repair question

Does anyone out there know of anyone other than Kenny J that can repair this damage to the palm of this older HOH PRO-LT catchers mit?
I have a replacement web but before it is put in I would like to try to have the leather area at the bottome of the web fixed if at all possible.
